There are some great lots available to bid for including a day’s shoot for two guns in South Norfolk, signed books by authors including cook Rick Stein, cooking lessons, a sunrise balloon flight, a four day golf trip to Provence country club for two people,, country cottage breaks and a lesson with Olympic bronze medallist rider Sharon Hunt.
Go on-line to find out more, and to register a bid.
If you would like to contribute a late entry, contact Rebecca Mayhew on 01502 713490 or email Rebecca.Mayhew@durrants.com
She said 100% of the proceeds from the auction will go to the appeal.
The Targeted Radiotherapy Appeal, which needs to raise £600,000, will enable the hospital to equip the new Radiotherapy Suite which is currently under construction, and will significantly improve the cancer services for local patients who currently have to travel to London or Cambridge for a particular type of radiotherapy, called brachytherapy.
Brachytherapy is the targeted placement of radiotherapy inside or near a tumour, which can reduce the length of treatment required, and reduces the possibility of long term side effects for patients.
