East Anglia: Office services specialist Mayday targets further growth

EAST Anglian integrated office systems specialist Mayday is targeting further expansion following a change at the top.

Graham Cassie, who joined Mayday as sales director in 2000, has now taken over as managing director from fellow shareholder David Hoy, who is retiring after 27 years in the business

Mayday, which is based in Norwich and has a second office in Ipswich, offers a full range of office services and supplies.

It currently has a workforce of 27 but is looking to expand further, both through organic growth and by acquisition.

“We are centralising our websites to make people more aware of all the services Mayday has to offer. We’re looking to do more online business as part of our continued development. We are a growing business and enjoy working with and servicing local and national companies.”

Mayday has many clients in the legal, accountancy and other professional fields. Among its larger clients are Suffolk Coastal District Council, the John Innes Centre and Institute of Food Research. Mayday also is a service provider to the education and travel sectors.
