ESSEX-based law firm QualitySolicitors FJG is planning a series of events and celebrations in the build up to its 30th anniversary later this year.
Having started life in Colchester in 1983 as Fisher Jones, the firm now has two offices in the town and others in Clacton-on-Sea, Chelmsford, Billericay and London, with 19 partnership members and more than 150 employees.
Its most recent milestone was joining national QualitySolicitors network of independent law firms last year, which the firm says gives it a sustainable platform from which to pursue future expansion plans across the region.
Among the planned events and celebrations are a weekly website feature “30 years ago today” and a QSFJG “family tree”, plus articles, videos and podcasts looking back at memorable moments, special offers and promotions and a party marking the actual anniversary in September.
Senior Partner Tony Fisher said: “It is fantastic that we are able to celebrate such a significant achievement. Arriving at our 30th anniversary as a leading law firm is testament to the quality, hard work and innovation of our partners and staff.
“There are many great memories from the last three decades and that is just the start. With continued commitment, drive and enthusiasm we are aiming to make the next 30 years just as memorable, expanding our reach to more communities and building on the fantastic range of services and packages that we offer.”
Managing partner Paula Fowler added: “Being a leading, innovative law firm is no mean feat and is an achievement that should be celebrated.
“Our exciting programme of anniversary activities will drive home the many significant moments in the firm’s history and highlight how the firm has evolved in order to stay at the leading edge of legal services.
“They will also highlight how QSFJG plans to continue to stay there in what promises to be a very bright future, as well as looking at how a few faces and places have changed over the years.”
