Felixstowe: Changing role for a landmark Waverley Hotel building

Work has begun on the conversion of the historic Waverley Hotel in Felixstowe into a a sea view development of luxury penthouses and apartments in a £4milllion scheme.
Muralee Govindasamy, managing director of MGPS Group said “We have worked on this project for a number of years in order to design the perfect complement of traditional and modern architecture.
