SUFFOLK yesterday got its first taste of a “Jelly” – the global phenomenon which gives freelancers and remote/home workers who usually operate alone the chance to spend a day in a communal environment.
The Jelly was organised by the Suffolk Digital online community and took place at the Eastern Enterprise Hub, within University Campus Suffolk’s James Hehir Building on the Ipswich Waterfront.
Besides the chance to mix informally with other lone-workers, while also getting some work done, the day included a number of “soap box” presentations from local businesses.
