Alan d Hairdressing Education of Queen Street, Ipswich has welcomed two new members to its education team.
Katie Clarke and Michelle Ruel have both left local salons to become hairdressing trainers.
After an initial induction, both will start their new journey with the apprentices and private students at the Ipswich academy.
Both have many years of salon experience and for Michelle it feels like coming home, as she started her career across the road at Baiss & Co, one of the many slaons Alan d partners with for hairdressing and barbering training.
Managing director Alan Hemming said: “Finding the right person is difficult enough, as we will only employ highly experience hairdressers, so we feel very lucky to have filled two positions so quickly.
“The fact that they have joined with the blessing of their former employers makes it even better as we are training partners with both salons.”
Alan d Hairdressing Education are industry leaders in hairdressing and barbering courses, both privately funded and government-funded apprenticeships.
