Welcome to the EADT Suffolk Food and Drink Awards
Unbelievably now, we're well into our great British summer and that can only mean one thing for us here at the magazine – it’s time to announce the finalists in each category of this year’s Food & Drink Awards.
Each year, these awards go from strength to strength and we are constantly delighted by the interest it receives from you, the public. That's exactly what our objective was when we started these awards four years ago – a chance to recognise and celebrate all that's great and good about Suffolk food and give you the chance to have your say. And you certainly have… with over 17,000 votes cast in total.
The votes were received in a variety of ways, some through the establishments themselves, having been collected by their customers, many through our website and of course, some sent directly from yourselves. We'd like to extend a great big thanks to everyone that has supported the award again this year – the sponsors, the great organisations that entered themselves and you, for voting.
So, without further ado, here are the results.
Congratulations to everyone that made it to the Top Five, unfortunately from this point, we are only able to take the top three voted for in each category forward to the finals – where our panels of expert judges will visit each finalist in their category and make the final decision.
