Entries are welcomed from Suffolk-based delicatessens.
Judges will be looking in particular at the following:
- Use of locally sourced/grown produce and seasonal variations
- Presentation of food - colour and display of goods
- Speed of service
- Value for money
- Provision of a warm and friendly welcome which exceeds the expectation of
the customers
- Evidence of diversification and innovation where appropriate
