  • I am so pleased to see the family taking this action, and the media reporting it. Now let's see Suffolk Police do the right thing, and release this information - all of it. After all, if they really have nothing to hide, they surely have nothing to fear? It's disgraceful that Kevin's family, or any family in the same circumstances, should have to go to such lengths just to access information, especially if it would show that a terrible injustice has occurred. Good Luck to the family in their quest for justice.

  • Thank God for wonderful people like the family of Kevin Nunn who have suffered so much and yet will not give up their fight for justice. Let's see the police held to account for their failure to supply what Mr Nunn's family have quite properly requested. Let the police provide the necessary information and if Mr Nunn's family can find the proof they need in those documents then let's see the police re-open this case and find the real murderer. Everyone involved has suffered enough.

  • I want to wish the family every success. Just stick with it and never give up.

  • Kevin's family have followed all the correct procedures and so should the police. No more excuses, the information should be handed over. Thinking of you, and your family Kevin

  • Well done to Kevin's family and Suffolk and Essex online. The police had enough evidence to convict Kevin so all they have to do is provide what should already be part of his files. When the statutory period was created it considered the potential complexity of requests. It also considered the importance of the matter as innocent people may be in prison. These unfortunately do not seem to reflect the priorities of the Suffolk police. If I may quote our House of Lords: Justice delayed is justice denied. To Kevin and his family I hope you stay strong. To the Suffolk police, please recognise that people suffer enough in these circumstances, it is unjust to add to it. Sarah Flanagan

  • Supporters of victims of potential miscarriages of justice should never give up in their attempts to right wrongs. We need tenacious supporters like Kevin's family and lawyers who are not afraid to stand up to the police and to work to improve the legal system we have in this country.
