We have now been withouit a 'phone since 18 Nov. BT may give the impression that this is an unfortunate occurence but it is an ongoing problem of several years standing. The line has been damaged in many places and every Autumn when heavy rain ingresses into the repair joints our service suffers. They need to bite the bullet and replace the whole cable ..not the 30m stretches that they are doing at the moment
