Fighting to clear your name is a long up hill struggle. The 'system' is not geared to admitting 'mistakes'. Juries are as good as the intellect/interest and objectivity of each individual, and therefore pot luck on the verdict. The CCRC has had it's funding cut for the past three years, even though it receives more than a thousand cases of innocents each year. I wish you all the best in clearing your name.
