It would appear that 'Health & Safety' is the get-out being employed by all and sundry to do as little as possible and still get paid for it

O A P denied food. Having just completed 14 years Meals on Wheels service I am disgusted at you report and sadly this confirm my suspicion that H & C policy is to prevent compensation payments and the two words that form their Title are irrelevant
