The British Comedy Award winner has enjoyed success on stages around the world for years as well as in hit TV shows such as Black Books, QI and Birdwatching Bonanza. He’s also appeared in movies like the Chalet Girl and on BBC radio.

The new show, in town October 7-8, sees Bailey sharing his qualms about the modern world with audiences with the help of religious dubstep, his folk bouzouki, horntallica, a re-appraisal of some of the world’s greatest works of art and perhaps a dub version of Downton Abbey.

He’ll also look at the consequences of lies, the unending search for the higgs and the hiding skills of dentists. Expect musical mash-ups and multi-lingual riffs to films, songs, philosophizing and silliness on a grand scale - plus an amazing owl.
