BOSE specialist Phil Bennett, of Kesgrave-based sound and lighting equipment suppliers East Stageing, will record all of the artists for free at next Wednesday’s event. Last time he was there he recorded an early performance by last year’s X Factor winner Matt Cardle.

Performers will get a CD and their tracks regularly played over the sound system at the pub, in Hall Road, Mount Bures, Essex. It’s hoped their music will become part of a charity CD launched later this year.

The evening is fully booked musicians-wise, but there’s plenty of space for spectators. Expect full bands, acoustic guitar, piano, country, rock and indie from 7.30pm.
