Town centre offices sold for conversion into homes
An elegant three storey art deco office building sitting prominently at the junction of Museum Street and Elm Street, and previously home to Scrutton Bland for many years, has been sold by joint agents Savills and Beane Wass & Box.
The landmark property which extends to approx. 3,354 sq ft net (4,779 sq ft gross) has been purchased by specialist residential conversion developers OPT Asset Holdings Limited with a view to being remodelled to provide new homes aimed at the executive market place.
The property was sold by Western Ridge LLP for £360,000.
