A Framlingham firm is celebrating after scooping a hat-trick of awards at a key annual event for the Suffolk construction industry.

More than 400 people attended the Suffolk Joint Consultative Committee (SJCC) supper Trinity Park.

Robert Norman Construction picked up two craftsmanship awards from RIBA Suffolk in the New Build - Domestic for its work on Oak Tree House in Lavenham, and Individual Trades for the ceramic tiling works carried out by Foxwood Ceramics at Aldehurst in Aldeburgh.

Site manager James Norman also picked up the Colin Harvey Award, sponsored by Interact and presented each year by the SJCC to a ‘rising star’ in the local construction industry.

The firm’s boss, Bob Page, said: “It is always great to be acknowledged for the quality of the work that you do, but it is very satisfying when that recognition comes from your peers in the local construction industry.”
