Tractor power will be on display at this year’s Hadleigh Show, which takes place on Saturday, May 17.

Modern machinery will be introducing visitors to this year’s theme, ‘how we farm today’, and vintage tractors will demonstrate how far the industry has come.

Show director Paul Gillies’ son, Angus, is the star of this year’s advertising campaign for the show. He and his friends will get to enjoy the Land Train, introduced last year, which will take children around the showground. The Sheep Show returns and Bert Stocks Fun Fair will be providing some thrilling entertainment.

This year the town celebrates its 175th show, organised annually by Hadleigh Farmers Agricultural Association, with 150 classes of cattle, sheep, goats and horses on display.
