Drivers face delays after metal poles fall from lorry
A12: Metal poles loose in road forces lane to close near Essex/Suffolk border

METAL poles came off a lorry on the A12 causing a lane to close.
Police were called at about 4.30pm to the road northbound between Dedham and Stratford St Mary.
A police spokesman said: “A lorry shed its load. The lorry has stopped in a lane and traffic is at a standstill.”
He said no one had been hurt.
The lane has now re-opened.
