Man who died in Cambridgeshire crash is from Bury St Edmunds


A motorcyclist from Bury St Edmunds who died in a crash on the A14 has been named.


57-year-old Terrance Pettitt, of Priory Close, Ingham, suffered fatal injuries when his Suzuki GSX 1300R motorbike collided with the central reservation.

The accident happened around 5.42pm on Sunday on the eastbound carriageway near Junction 28 in Cambridgeshire.

PC Ian Gray, from the roads policing unit, said: “I would like to speak to anyone who saw the incident or the motorbike in the moments leading up to the collision.”
