Firefighters extinguished a caravan fire in Abberton today


Firefighters have tackled a caravan fire in Abberton, Essex.

Two fire engines from Colchester were sent to Glebe Lane in the village around 2.12pm after the caravan caught fire.

Crews reproted that the caravan was 100% alight and they used two hose reel jets to extinguish it by 3.53pm.
