Man follows teenage girl in Stowmarket.

A teenage girl was followed by a man in Stowmarket yesterday afternoon.

The incident happened in Stowupland Road between 5pm and 5.30pm.

The girl, 16, became aware of the man standing at the entrance to an industrial estate as she walked towards Stowupland.

He then followed her along the road and into Mortimer Road.

The man is described as of a slim build, approximately 5ft 9ins tall, was wearing dark coloured clothing and dark coloured gloves.

  • Perhaps the male was simply walking the same way! 5-5:30pm theres often lone males walking home from work or college etc, sometimes, just sometimes they may have to walk behind a female. Might be innocent, Just saying!
