A GROUP of children had eggs thrown at them from a car which then sped off.

A 12-year-old boy was walking with friends in St George’s Road, Beccles, when the attack happened.

A dark blue hatchback drove past them at about 6pm when the volley of eggs were thrown.

The car sped off towards the railway bridge. The two men in the car described as being in their late teens, one with spiky hair and the other with flat short hair.

Anyone with information about the incident, which happened on February 26, should call police on 101.
