Police are appealing for information

A teenage girl was injured after being knocked off her motorcycle by a driver who failed to stop.

The 16-year-old was driving her Piaggio motorcycle at the junction of the B1125 and B1387 in Blythburgh when a “small blue car” allegedly hit her and drove off to Walberswick without stopping.

The girl hurt her arm in the collision, which happened at around 5.50pm on Tuesday.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Pc Sonia Barber at Halesworth Police on 101 quoting CAD 372 of July 1. Alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
