Around £2,500 worth of cash and jewellery has been stolen in a daylight burglary.
Burglars broke into the property on the A134 in Bradfield Combust between 10am-4pm on Tuesday.
Thieves smashed the glass in the back doors of the house to get the key, which had been left in the lock.
They proceeded to steal a ladies Rotary watch a gold band a white face, worth £900, and around £1,500 cash.
