Firefighters from Brandon tackled a van blaze in Yew Drive, in the town, yesterday afternoon.

The crew was called at 4.25pm and used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire by 4.46pm.

Firefighters wore breathing apparatus while putting out the blaze.
