Man set to appear at magistrates' court over bust-up at restaurant

A MAN is set to appear in court today over an incident at a Suffolk restaurant.
Police were scrambled to Fontana restaurant in Cattawade, near Brantham, around 1.40pm on Saturday amid reports of a knife being brandished in a dispute betweeen two men.
When officers arrived at the scene a man was reportedly found outside the restaurant with a head injury.
Police arrested Xian Chen and later charged him with affray.
The 35-year-old, of Cattawade Street, Cattawade, is set to appear at Ipswich magistrates court later today.
