A cyclist is in a serious condition in hospital after a crash with a car in north Suffolk.
The incident happened on the A143 at Earsham, near Bungay.
East Anglian Air Ambulance’s Anglia One with critical care paramedic Andy Downes, and Dr Phil Morgan and Dr Pam Chrispin on board, attended the scene.
Captain Neil Waller landed the helicopter on the road next to the patient, a man in his 60s.
The crew administered pain relief and flew the man to Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, arriving at 10am on Saturday.
He has since been transferred to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, where his condition is described as serious.
