A large-scale cannabis factory was found in Bungay yesterday afternoon.

Police raided a commercial property on Nethergate Street after a tip-off from a member of the public.

The building remains sealed off as the police investigation continues.

One man was arrested at the site, and a second man was arrested in Earsham Street in the town in the early hours of this morning.

Sy Thuong Nguye, 25, and Huan Van Chu, 18, both of no fixed address, have been charged with the production of cannabis and have been kept in police custody to appear before Ipswich Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning.
