Diners will have another restaurant to tickle their taste buds when Wagamama opens in Bury St Edmunds next week.

It is due to welcome customers on Wednesday, March 12, and will be the first time the chain has opened in Suffolk creating 34 jobs.

The team at the restaurant in the Arc Shopping Centre are said to be eagerly waiting to welcome hundreds of diners for lunch and dinner in the coming weeks and introduce its fast cuisine to the town.

Wagamama is well known for noodle dishes such as Ginger Chicken Udon or Pad Thai and its famed Ramen dishes; bowls of soup filled with meat or vegetables and heaps of noodles.

If noodles aren’t your thing then the menu is also filled with rice dishes such as the Chicken Katsu Curry, plus fresh salads and sides such as the Steamed Gyoza parcels and Chilli Squid.

Wagamama’s autumn + winter menu will also be available at the new restaurant, including the Grilled Duck Ramen and Mahi Mahi Curry.

“We’re looking forward to introducing a new style of dining at the Arc Shopping Centre and bringing our Pan-Asian, freshly prepared dishes to Bury St Edmunds,” said restaurant general manager Rob Loxam.

“We’re really excited to welcome Wagamama fans and diners visiting us for the first time.”
