The Bury restaurant is part of a nationwide expansion plan to be rolled out during 2014, following the chain’s recent announcement of a 28% increase in profits.

Côte, known for its “reasonably priced” bistro French cooking, has been one of the fastest growing operators in the casual dining sector in recent years.

It current has 47 sites around the UK and has a target of opening a minimum of 10 restaurants a year. Harald Samuelsson, joint managing director, said “We are very much looking forward to opening up our new restaurant in the heart of Bury and introducing our unique dining experience to the town. It is a vibrant place with huge economic potential.

“It’s an exciting time for Côte, and we are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join us on our incredible journey.”
