Three men from Bury St Edmunds are due to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court this morning charged with conspiracy to supply heroin and cocaine.

Police in Bury St Edmunds arrested the men following a drugs raid in the town on December 12.

Officers executed a warrant at a property in Coppers Close and a number of wraps of class A drugs were seized.

Matthew Eves, 23, and Steven Salisbury, 32, both of Coppers Close, and Allan Ball, 39, of no fixed abode, were arrested, taken into custody and interviewed in connection with drugs offences.

All three have now been charged with two counts – conspiracy to supply cocaine and conspiracy to supply heroin – and were detained in custody overnight to appear at Ipswich Magistrates Court this morning.
