A SCAFFOLDING tower has been stolen from a building site in Bury St Edmunds.

The incident happened sometime between 4.30pm on Friday 1 February and 7am on Monday 4 February.

Police said that fencing surrounding the building site in Beetons Way, Bury St Edmunds was broken and the site entered. A scaffolding tower near to a building under construction was stolen.
