Essex Police have charged a 17-year-old boy from Chelmsford with possession of cocaine with intent to supply.

The teenager was originally arrested on Saturday, August 17, last year at the V-Festival.

He answered bail at Chelmsford Police Station today, Wednesday, January 15, when he was charged with the offence. He has been bailed to appear before Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Wednesday, February 5.
