Colchester: Men arrested after stabbing

TWO men have been arrested in connection with a stabbing at outside a supermarket.

The incident happened at about 8.30pm on Wednesday, near to the Co-Op store in Fivefields Court.

A man in his 30s received a number of superficial stab wounds and was taken to Colchester General Hospital.

A 22-year-old man from Colchester and a 20-year-old man of no fixed address were arrested in Colchester in the early hours of today.

Both were arrested on suspicion of serious assault. They remained in custody this afternoon being questioned by detectives.
