Thieves steal lead from roof of Colchester building

Lead has been stolen from the roof of a building in Colchester.

Thieves climbed onto the roof of the building on George Street belonging to Scope in Colchester and Tendring Castle Gate Day Centre between 6pm Tuesday, February 11 and 7.30am Wednesday, February 12 and stole a quantity of lead flashing.

Anyone with information in connection with this theft is urged to contact the Neighbourhood Crime Team at Colchester police station on 101.
