A man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class B drug.

The 21-year-old, from Colchester, was arrested after a warrant was executed this morning at a flat in South Street.

Police seized more than 100 small bags containing what is believed to be herbal cannabis as well as other drugs paraphernalia and cash.

The man has been released on police bail until August 8 pending further enquiries.
