Colchester: Man eliminated from murder inquiry following police questioning

A 19-year-old man who was arrested in connection with the murder of Nahid Almanea and an assault allegation in Peache Road, Colchester has been released from custody.

Police have finished interviewing the man and no further action against him is planned in respect of either the murder or the assault. He has now been eliminated from both enquiries.
