Police have seized cash, mobile phones and several laptops from a shisha pipe establishment in Colchester.

Officers executed a warrant on Friday May 30, at Al Madina, Queen Street, following concerns raised by members of the public.

A force spokesman said no arrests were made but the investigation is still ongoing.

The operation involved multiple agencies alongside the police, including the Immigration Service, Essex Trading Standards and Colchester Borough Council’s licensing and environmental health officers.

Anyone with further information should call Colchester Police Station on 101.
