Colchester: Robbers leave victim with broken cheek bone and nose

Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery which took place in Colchester.
A 28-year-old local man was seriously assaulted by two men who stole his mobile phone during the early hours of February 7 in Wimpole Road. The victim suffered a broken nose and cheek bone and was treated at Colchester General Hospital.
Witnesses should call Detective Constable Pete Coley at Colchester CID on 101 Ext 430162.
