A string of cancellations and delays over the past 10 days have left commuters frustrated, says Anita Curtis.
For the frustrated commuters of East Anglia, each day seems to bring a fresh battle.
Every morning, thousands of workers jostle for a place on platforms across the region, anxious to know if their train will arrive on time that day.
Long-suffering commuter Anita Curtis travels from Ipswich to London Liverpool Street each day, leaving early to give her a head start on her fellow travellers.
Her blog posts will give us an idea of how good the service is, how much has changed since Greater Anglia took over and keep us informed when there are delays.
She will also be revealing all about her fellow passengers, those that make her smile on the bleakest of mornings, and those that make the journey more painful with their loud phone conversations and greasy take-away food.
