Motorcyclist crashes on A14

A motorcyclist has crashed on the A14 this morning.

The one-vehicle collision took place at Creeting St Mary near the exit for the A140.

Police were called to the scene at 6.05am with reports that a motorcyclist was lying in the eastbound carriageway, he is believed to have gone over the barrier in the crash. The motorcycle has been moved and the motorcylist has suffered minor injuries which are neither life-threatening nor life-changing.

There is a rolling roadblock on the carriageway from Haughley.
