There has been a crash on the A12 near Dedham.

One lane of the A12 on the southbound carriageway is closed and there is queueing traffic after Junction 30 because of the collision.

The accident happened at 12.30pm when a white Vauxhall Corsa collided with the central reservation and then clipped the back of a lorry. However the lorry continued to drive on without stopping.

The Corsa, which was being driven by a woman from Felixstowe, ended up on the grass embankment. The woman is not believed to have been seriously injured.

The lane remains closed as debris is cleared.
