Earl Stonham: Roof removed from car to free woman after three-vehicle crash

A THREE-VEHICLE crash caused some delays for motorists in Earl Stonham today.


The incident happened at 12.50pm in Norwich Road, Earl Stonham.

A Ford Galaxy, a blue Peugeot 207 and a white Renault truck were all involved in the crash.

Fire crews were called to the scene as a woman in the Ford Galaxy was medically trapped in the car.

Crews removed the roof of the car and the woman was removed by stretcher and left in the care of the ambulance service.

Recovery was required for the vehicles but the road is now clear.
