Elmstead Market: Person injured in road accident on A133

POLICE have been called to a two-vehicle accident which has closed a road in north Essex.

The incident happened at around 10pm tonight (Thursday January 3) on the A133, Colchester Road in Elmstead Market.

Officers are at the scene and have closed the road in both directions around the Church Road junction.

At this stage the only injury reported is a casualty complaining of back pain.
