Eriswell: Woman trapped after two-car crash

EMERGENCY services are at the scene of a crash in Eriswell which has left two cars stuck in ditches.

The accident happened in Erwisell, between Brandon and mildenhall, at 9.10am.

The cars, a red Ford 4x4 and a silver Jeep Cherokee, in ditches on the opposite sides of Eriswell Road.

One woman has been trapped in one of the vehicles and emergency services are working to free her. She is thought to have leg injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.

The road is currently closed to traffic, causing delays for drivers.
