Essex: A12 reopens after overturned car causes earlier closure

A SECTION of the A12 in Essex was closed after a car overturned near Chelmsford.
The southbound carriageway was shut near junction 16 for Galleywood.
A spokesman for Essex Police said no-one had been injured in the incident, which happened around 7pm.
The incident had been cleared by around 9pm.
