The family of Joanne Vincent from Braintree who died in a crash in Cressing in Essex on Monday say she was ‘dearly loved and will be sorely missed by all’.

Police were called to a collision involving a Honda motorcycle, a Mercedes Sprinter van and a Ford Transit in Ashes Road just before 1pm on Monday, August 14.

Mrs Vincent, 47, who was riding as a passenger on the motorcycle, died at the scene.

Her daughter Toni Vincent and son Shane Vincent said she was ‘tragically taken from us too soon’.

They said: “In loving memory of Joanne Vincent, a beloved daughter, sister, wife and mother-of-two who loved her dogs and family above all else, and would put their needs above her own, always.

“She had a passion for gardening, rock music and motorcycling with her husband.

“We would like to take the opportunity to thank all emergency services and members of the public for their assistance at the scene who, despite their best efforts, could not save her.

“We would also like to thank all the staff at Addenbrooke’s Hospital for the ongoing care that our dad is still receiving.

“Mum was tragically taken from us too soon, was dearly loved and will be sorely missed by all xXx.”
