Models took to the stage for the last time yesterday before the opening of one of the town’s newest events.
Pam Davis, of Fashion Candy, has organised the inaugural Ipswich Fashion Week and said her final preparations for tonight’s show were being “fine tuned”.
Ms Davis added: “My do-to list has got a lot shorter.
“We’re just getting ready with the final rehearsal and it’ll be the first time our models will see the catwalk.
“We’re going to run through the whole show with the compere and everything.”
Some of the models have come from Ipswich Town FC, who will model items from the club’s Planet Blue store.
Tickets are still available for the show which starts at 7.30pm in the Corn Exchange. They are all £15, although students showing their student card can get £5 off.
Tickets are available at Coes of Ipswich, Bijou Boutique, Urban Vintage and other retailers as well as at the door.
