A fire affecting three beach huts has been put out in Felixstowe.

Two huts on Ferry Road were on fire when firefighters arrived after being called at 6.38pm.

However this soon spread to a third and two hose reel jets along with a 70ml jet were needed to extinguish the blaze.

The two crews that attended, both from Felixstowe, had the incident under control by 7.25.
