Matt Holland was just 23 when he signed for Ipswich Town back in 1997 - and had a baby face to suit.

He bowed out of professional football in 2009 and now, at the age of 40, is a regular commentator on his beloved sport.

But the years have been kind and he still looks as fresh-faced as he did during his early days at Portman Road.

So what is his secret? Is it years of early morning fitness sessions that have kept him look young, or does he have a secret formula?
